Keto+IF

I'm going to try out the Keto diet mixed with IF. I've been doing IF for a while(Intermittant Fasting/Feeding) and with good results. When I weigh myself in the morning I'm 50.6 instead of 52.1 but hehe It is in the morning when I haven't eatten anything. Keto would be a carbless diet, which forces your body to burn the fat it has for fuel, and on carb days you can load up on all sorts of yummy carbs. So far that's the extent of my knowledge on Keto. I have yet to learn more and see the pros vs cons about it.

Morning definition...lol, not so much yet!

Yesterday I went to HK to check out the Forever 21, since when I was in Japan I was kind of dumb and didn't get anything while it was RIGHT WITHIN ALKING DISTANCE. Ahem, yeah, I needed to get that out. It was a good trip though, got a shirt and a throw on, two bras and exercise shorts(so I can see allll that definition hewhew), and 3 lip glosses because they were pretty and cheap and smelled oh so lovely.

In other news, I've decided to study Chinese! Being that I've already been here for 2 years and only picked up a few phrases here and there, and enough to teach my students english, it's not enough for me. I want to learn more! I'm a friendly person, and by that I mean I want to talk to strangers about their dog, or their beautiful child, or say hello to the fruit and vegetable lady and ask her how she is. Yes, that means I wont be studying Japanese as soon as I thought, but it will be studying just the same, and I'm happy with that. Perhaps after Phil and I finish our studies here in China, we'll try living someplace new or something. We'll see! Everything and anything is possible!

Cheers

You're stomach looks great! I'm not sure what Keto diet is but I guess what I'd ask is....is it sustainable in the long run or else the weight loss results will just be temporary. Its good to try different things though to see what your body responds or doesn't respond to.
Good for u for studying Chinese! Gambatte!

yay we can comment!
looking good and thin! I never do diets, whenever I do I just end up thinking about food more! LOL it helps when you're older, the youth chub starts dripping off and I think matabolism and cravings for carbs starts diminishing. Nice buys! looking forward to more posts on this blog!

Thats and excellent point Lil! I def don't have carb cravings the older I get and eating sweets in moderation is easier simply because my body tells me it's had enough at a certain point.
