I'm going to try out the Keto diet mixed with IF. I've been doing IF for a while(Intermittant Fasting/Feeding) and with good results. When I weigh myself in the morning I'm 50.6 instead of 52.1 but hehe It is in the morning when I haven't eatten anything....
